Throughout 25 years of experience, we've seen everything, we understand that at the end of a construction project in your home or workspace, it can be a really hard job for anyone; that's why we've designed a service that meets everything you need in those circumstances where the mess can be a bit overwhelming.
The Rivas Squad has been trained for this kind of challenge. So don't leave out your regular occupations, leave the last phase of your construction project in our hands, free your mind from those tasks, and focus on being the best space decorator.
Initially, we have the Rivas Squad available and ready for the challenges of the last stage of the construction process in your spaces, but in the end, the time to invest and the staff you need will depend on the size of the project.
Packing/unpacking services
Dust window sills, decorative items, wall hangings, blinds, ceiling fans, and furniture
General dusting & tidying
Vacuum all floors
Wood/tile floor mopped
Flat areas hand-wiped (countertops, tables, etc.)
Door and door frames spot cleaned
Vacuuming upstairs, downstairs, and steps
Empty closet floors vacuumed
General tidying of basements, garages, and other areas
Wash sliding glass door, inside and out (weather permitting)
Outside of range hood as well as top and front of range cleaned
Empty wastebaskets and place trash in outside receptacle
Wash window over the sink

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
No, although of course, you’re welcome to be. We work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In most cases, the Rivas Squad is provided with a spare key or garage code.
What should I do before the Rivas Squad arrives?
To ensure optimum productivity, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following up on these requests will help both your family and the Rivas Squad and ensure that all of your belongings are in a safe place.
What if I need to reschedule a service?
We understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, you can do so without a penalty, so long as you do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
Do you only provide your services in the city of Tampa?
Yes. At the moment, our company only operates in Tampa although we aspire to be able to increase our area reach and thus be able to cover neighboring cities.
Can I request special cleaning services?
Whenever you require an unconventional service, you should spell out the details of your need. Our team will evaluate the possibilities and the way to carry it out
