Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
No, although of course, you’re welcome to be. We work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In most cases, the Rivas Squad is provided with a spare key or garage code.
What should I do before the Rivas Squad arrives?
To ensure optimum productivity, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following up on these requests will help both your family and the Rivas Squad and ensure that all of your belongings are in a safe place.
What if I need to reschedule a service?
We understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, you can do so without a penalty, so long as you do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
Do you only provide your services in the city of Tampa?
Yes. At the moment, our company only operates in Tampa although we aspire to be able to increase our area reach and thus be able to cover neighboring cities.
Can I request special cleaning services?
Whenever you require an unconventional service, you should spell out the details of your need. Our team will evaluate the possibilities and the way to carry it out
